It's not a run, but it's a workout! Join PRC's Lisa Smith, LMT, for a FREE, one-hour core-strength workout at our store. Bring a towel and a yoga mat if you have one. Lisa will lead you through exercises designed to address weakness and imbalance common to runners and walkers. Strengthening your core will help you improve your running economy and prevent injury.
